workshop format, rather than presenting you with a report after a study
phase, you will have the opportunity to satisfy yourself that the tools
and techniques suggested will impact the effectiveness of project control
in your own environment.
Project Set-up - This service provides the expert advice and
hands-on help that is required during the planning and set-up phase of a
project, including identifying areas of risk and setting up techniques and
tools to give visibility and control, particularly of software.
Project Assist - Within Project Assist a key component is our
ability to focus on the key factors affecting visibility and control of
software based projects. We provide ongoing hands on support to your
in-house project managers helping them to maintain visibility and control.
Project Manage - This service provides a full project management
service to our clients.
Tools - We can provide a range of low cost and effective tools to
support project management including a risk management tool based on a
risk management technique devised by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI).
